(-from the Video's Back Cover) __________________________ Our Comments: Most of this Documentary covers everything that is known about the Apostles from the New Testament, including the Apostle Paul (who God chose to replace Judas). As such it is very sound and excellent for instruction. Those extremely familiar with the Bible may find it somewhat basic. The ending goes into what happened to the apostles after the New Testament Canon closes. Unfortunately, while there are traditions of who went where, and how each apostle died, there are also the most ridiculously unbelievable legends and myths included. Some of us found this very interesting from a historical viewpoint (that is, knowing what the legends were); others of us did not want ___________________________ |
